Depending on your needs or requirements, copies of diplomas can be Apostille. If your still in the U.S take both your original diploma and photocopy of your diploma to your nearest notary for notarization. (Local banks and UPS stores have notaries)

If your no longer in the U.S, your college/university may be able to provide you with another original diploma or certified copy of your diploma. Contact your school registrar for more information.

Federal Apostille by the U.S Department of State can be obtained on either the original Naturalization Certificate or on a Certified Copy notarized by USCIS only. Naturalization Certificates are Federal documents and should not be notarized by a regular notary public.

If you take your original document to USCIS they will make a certified copy of your naturalization certificate and attached a form G-24. This document can be Apostilled by the U.S Department of State Authentication office in Washington D.C within 3-4 business days.
